ABSTRACT:-

Terrorism has escalated in the 20th century because of the emergence of new social and political ideologies and of new states, 1937 conference of the League of Nations adopted conventions for the prevention of terrorism and for the creation of an international criminal court. New international criminal law seeks to gain the authority to U.N. principles into practice and to classify war terrorism and violations of human rights as official international crimes. International crime, which is any injury or major act that harms or touches a person and their rights and reverses the peace of the country and affects all economic and social political relations of other countries and political presers of some. On the other hand, any one ear which is getting bad from terrorism, whose damage has to be suffered by a country or society, in such a situation, it becomes convex, by this type of international violence, from which we can know that there is a low level of terrorism. Work on doing or what can we do to the level of crime or war at the international level with saved entries or by using and applying international laws by giving the same punitive force.
