The Anniversary Edition aims to provide a platform for meaningful discussion on legal, social, economic, technological and policy-based developments. Submissions may analyse statutory frameworks, landmark judgments, comparative legal developments, policy gaps, reforms, and interdisciplinary legal issues.

Any appropriate theme related to law, justice, governance, society, economy, technology, business, constitutional law, criminal law, corporate law, intellectual property, human rights, international law, dispute resolution, or any other socio-legal aspect is acceptable.

Submission Guidelines

  • The manuscript should be submitted in MS Word format only.
  • The title of the manuscript should be clear, appropriate and relevant to the subject.
  • The manuscript must be original, unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The submission should be plagiarism-free and must not contain grammatical, spelling or formatting errors.
  • Full names of all author(s), institutional affiliation and contact details must be provided.
  • Co-authorship is permitted, subject to the journal’s applicable policy.
  • Any uniform citation method may be followed throughout the manuscript.
  • The body of the manuscript shall be in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, font size 10, with single line spacing.
  • A margin of 4 cm shall be maintained on all sides of the paper.
  • Page borders, unnecessary styling, coloured text and decorative formatting should not be used.

Word Limits

  • Articles: 3000–5000 words including footnotes.
  • Short Notes: 2000–3000 words including footnotes.
  • Book Reviews: 1000–2000 words including footnotes.
  • Case Commentaries: 1000–3000 words including footnotes.

Review Process

  • All submissions shall be reviewed by the editorial team.
  • Manuscripts may be accepted, rejected, or returned for revision.
  • Authors may be asked to make corrections before final publication.
  • The final decision of the editorial board shall be binding.

Originality and Plagiarism Policy

Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is their original work. Any form of plagiarism, excessive similarity, copied content, fabricated references or improper attribution may lead to rejection or removal of the manuscript from publication.

  • Submissions should contain proper references wherever required.
  • The journal reserves the right to make editorial changes for clarity, grammar and formatting.
  • Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee publication.
  • Publication and certificate release shall be processed after acceptance and completion of required formalities.
