AN ANALYSIS OF DRUG ABUSE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON VICTIM’S FAMILY

ABSTRACT

Claiming the concept of drug abuse as a bad term, is also a bad term for those who uses it also, because outside world is channelised from the thinking approach of the addictive person to term themselves as unabused usually, they not only corrupt themselves, but then or later ,they become hazardous to their family. in the dilemma of judging the harsh truth that drug abuse is one or the other way will make them to face death and the fear of death to themselves is the significance of this study. following the perspectives of the frameworks that how they disturbed others and themselves, through the patterns of a constitutional right or a fundamental right is the focus here. regarding the drug abuse, there are theories, there are then Results. But in country like India, there are steps to control drug abuse, then there is the safety measures by a drug abused person in a mischievous manner. this is not only about a life of a person but also , it is about a integrity of a person, of the declining nature, and the crushing youth of mankind, in a builded drug structure. many benefits, to only that extent that is in trying nature, knowing there is defeat, but to live freely, somehow changes fate, and the results occurs different.  There is a need that some things are needed to be controlled in a very strict sense, otherwise the older strict rules of the addicted persons will consume others also, who are not the victims. In Indian context, basically from ancient period, to medieval and then to modern era, there are frameworks established to stop drug abuse, but not even a single one has controlled the mankind philosophy established, because these rules that are established, are somehow broken by them by the rebellion against this. So what is the objective, and that is to necessarily define that drug abuse is not only an abuse for an individual, it is abuse of the integrity, it is abuse of the personality, it is abuse of the generation, it is abuse of the Family of that person. The beauty of every research somehow lies in this objective. So whether the drug abuse results in violation of the primary right to life, in personal integrity of the person. this research has been made in the connecting phases of the doctrinal method of research. THE CONNECTING PHASES

From the established philosophy that every human has a right to be equal in all terms, is justified to the phrases of every connecting laws. from the past history, the person that are involved in the significant contributions to the drug abuse, stoppers or consumers, all know the truth that, how much conditioned is the substance, and how it will destroy the human perspective of living a life of truthfulness to himself.

 

Taking the rights defined in a person, from his catching habits of the surroundings to the habits of positive or negative traits, is the true judgemental objective.

 

From the acts[2] established, to the welfare of any type of crime, there is a tolerancy rate, for every defined specific term. But the need to discuss about the drug abuse, is that how people corrupt there personal integrity for a defined terminology of usage of drugs.

 

People get corrupted from the substance abuse, and than, they destroy the consciousness of their families.

 

From the significance of history, there are many laws, that classifies, that which is more crucial to the welfare of a nation, having a image of unlawful definite time period, or a resourceful time period.

 

The nature of any built substance abuse is somehow goes through the relaxation of the mind.

 

Many times people confuses drug abuse, with drug immediate usage. If a person needed a surgery, anaesthesia is given ,morphine[3] is used, or a person got into nervous breakdown, or an injury, or a depression treatment or any other issues. drugs are used for making a person normal from the unhappening caused to him. The other side is for usage for enjoyment purpose, if nothing is going a way, thinking let the drugs going a way is needed. than it is a failure for the mankind, about the channelized repairment of uncommon losses.

 

 There is a difference between a grief, from which a person has to come from his own.and the other one that is unkind grief at larger extent, from which a person also have to come but not necessarily alone or necessarily through drug abuse. The later grief are common for every person to person in his life.and if he comes back from this without any drug usage, he generally get a higher image of personal integrity to a larger extent and level up in the psychology of a person.

No one can understand the true pain that the other is going through, they only estimate the level by the significance of their consciousness. That’s why it is said , eyes never lies.

 

From the significance of a person’s creation, to the significance of the death, the behaviour is the stricter mode for generalisation.

 

The family, or the consequence of a family, in the realm of drug abuse is always a bad structure. the loads of grief in the eyes of the victimized family speaks lots of shaped lies , spoked by the abused person.

 

When a person dies due to the, failure of body organs, due to usage of certain substance like alcohols or abused drugs, than there is not a common death of a person, but a repeated death of the members of their family members, where death also, not comes, due to the passage of time of multiple deaths.

 

Everybody has a goal in their life, for the significance of the gaining power in society or to just live a life simply in the human age, but due to others disturbance, the abuse is caused to these dreams, the final chapter get erased and a new chapter to gain consciousness arises.

 

The reason of disputes in a family is caused majorly by the principles of abuse of drugs substance.

Why the welfare is strong enough to separate himself from the others is usage of something- maybe it will be a drinking of drugs or maybe, this is the drinking of grief by fighting with the grief.

 

A pain in the eyes can be seen easily from a highly conscious person, and the pain is always regards the maturity of a person. There are certain proverbs that the medicine for grief is not made, it lies itself in the person, by usage of medicines, there is always a transfer of energy for future consequences. that is why the species are always towards the nature of their protection. The welfare of any impacted community displays what they are needing, what there is the integrity and the position of self awareness among the persons.

 

When a person get educated, he educates his future generations, and when a person gets addicted, the whole society is cursed where he resides. somehow the impact always stays there. a person is always determined by the words he keeps. and the person is also justified by the type of philosophy, he projects. The resources a person provides, are because of what he consumes, in which way, he changes the atmosphere of his surroundings.

 

A pack of cigarette, also have a warning mentioned that it will causes cancer, than also, it is consumed, because there is the philosophy of neglecting things with the concept of getting advantage of the substance to get relief of stress or other basis.

 

The Indian scenario under this terminology is maintained, as people get addicted, use this through improper channelization and there is a loss of personal integrity of a person in that specified issue. but whenever things are looking to be strengthened by a positive attitude, the negative terminology starts revolving in this theme, meaning thereby that people love smoking cigarettes and at the same time hated that their family member if consume it, on the same criteria, members get addicted to usage, with keeping this as a secret from their caretakers, as seeing them using it.

Whole society is governed by a nature of disturbed channelization of controlling things on the basis of this fact.

 

Whole family goes through which kind of addiction, many times depend on the major ones of that family. drug abuse is not a concept that develop overnight, this is one of the disturbed issue, that is in the patterns of the history followed of various culture. Various culture has signified that in any truthful patterns of history, there is usage of that type of drug, and also majorly suggests the misuse of it. So without a proper channelization, these drugs causes harmful effects to the society because of the abuse.

 

BANNED SUBSTANCE

There are need to be seen, and the usage to be seen from the drug abuse. so the banned substance are in the one way as where the places, they are easily available, that way they are talked much, or the other way, the places where they are easily needed, that means in the places where are high pressure works. Person use the banned substance, not because it is banned, because why they are banned, and the answer to this question is where it has been seen all over the country that certain item cause imbalance in the mind of a person that is harmful to him and to the society. accordingly to control the channelization of society like in India by the acts established, it controls the substances usage and governs punishment and other things related to this.

 

Places where it is easily available, like the places of enjoyment, it will be glorified like beaches, resorts, mountainary areas, and the places it will be majorly issued, the glorified or populated places also.

 

The places where it is easily needed. the point is from the time being, the impact of history channelization have told pain and pleasure both.so meditation looks a pain way, in comparison to the drug way, which is actually not a pleasured way. but at the time of instance, it is needed that’s why it is termed in the philosophy of need at the instances or need of the hour, and than it goes side by side. and recognised as an alternative to stress relief agents.

 

The thing is, the places where it is easily need are the places where it is needed at the highest level of pain inducing element present in theory of nature. like accident happens, for surgery or any operation, they are needed as medicines. many things that if used under structured platform, than there will be lesser chance of drug abuse. Like for example if somebody got a head injury, and because of unbearable pain, doctor are giving morphine, that is qualified in nature, and if a cigarette is also smoked at a public place, where woman or childrens are, than it should be universally prohibited.

 

In a country like india, the capital, new delhi, is a metropolitan area, but rickshaw pullers also uses substance like cough syrups to get there mind sleepy or whatever they called as essential, and that way police also catches this type of scenarios. so that’s why the drug abuse is in findings is a totally bad term in the patterns of nature and the channelizations of history.

 

ENJOYMENT VS PEACEFULLNESS

More people losing peacefulness and more people getting enjoyment.

The difference is clear, the main people who need peacefulness are the one who at the time of crises may be for the time period can be provided by drugs. But for the persons who use it for enjoyment, should be stopped for not going for drugs, this will be a drug abuse and is the necessary cause for the disturbance in the homes of these people.

 

This is the reason, why major cancers are deducted at last stage, because the cancer patient may be under gone through a rigorous use of substance, that damaged his body parts that it is very much critical. people leaving family behind, and that’s the reason the crime increases for that houses, or they are impacted to crimes.

 

The person who finds peace through the method of substance abuse will never know the satisfaction that comes from the grief of irreparable loss.they will never know the pain of the destiny. they never see the real world. Every backdown of a human, have glorified how the humans are, even the death also tells a different story. the world needs something than it will give something to be done for the welfare and if you are not able to provide for even your family, and the family provides you, it is a feeling of immense discomfort for a human being, unless and until the situation prescribes the format.

 

 Calmness of a mind is a god gifted situation, if is under a person.but if it is not, the person has to learn , how to be calm in difficult situation, even if it has to be done uncalmly. but it has to be done. and it cant be the method of this natural substance which are artificial infront of the will of a person.

 

The person who understand the path is hard, because the destiny is high, they will go through it, without complaining, without cowardness and will do it somehow.

 

 

 

FOR FUTURE BY PRESENT

By the significance of the families that got diminished because of the uses of the drugs, and alcohol, have witnessed the corruption of youth, corruption of balance in the society, and have seen the philosophy way that how drug eats their home.

 

Many families currently are diminished and are in the nature of diminishing. but why they are diminishing is the protocol by history have channelized.many rulers from even ancient times have used it purposely to corrupt the society, to settle scores with a religion, and that s why they are seen as criminals in the eyes of present generation.

 

Any children who corrupt himself, can be catched, and he tries his best to be not get caught for that he became extra aware and extra caution, which in fact if were channelised in other way, may be the history is of other sense.

 

For the very specific purpose, in the present way, it looks new method will arise for the uses, and it will be a curse if not controlled presently. even if it is controlled, the genes which are affected, they will show the future consequences, which are harmful in nature.

 

There is a need for change through technology to understand by which way, humans neglect the concept that this is horrible, and accept soothing by this as a enjoyment scenario for their well being.

 

All that has been done, is done by humans, and the future will also be calculated through the works by the humans also.

 

In the upcoming eras many things will be change, use of smartphones is in the state of addiction, may be in future it will be termed in abused category.

 

Many things will be in a highly signified way will be classified that how the things will function. The reason is simple, the addiction influences, and the influence is killing. the whole purpose depends on how to be in a controlled manner on own. if it is not, it is harming.

 

In the future terminologies, it is possible that there will be a expressly mentioning framework to control the current like situations and the present narcotics control bureau[4], is also doing their best, in the way to rehabilate, and change the psychology of a person not only by punishment but by counselling and other methods of sanitising the need.in future ,it is confirm that a law will come into force, and that will be also may be harsher than todays framework, but later , it will be the need of the hour and the rate of success will be high.

 

SEEING THE CONCLUSION

In the instances of welfare of the personal integrity of a person, depends on how much improved, he is in character, in intuitions and don’t corrupting the consciousness will be the true factor and it goes side by side.

 

In the conclusive demand it is clear to be defining the fact, that the persons mental health and physical health are interrelated and intra to drug abuse, that clarifies it makes the immunity as well as freedom insignificant.

 

The whole dilemma of rising from the drug abuse lies, on the dignity of a person, the want of living that I will live, will be the concept to rise from the addiction and the torch bearers are the most helpful thing in the nature of situation.

 

The family of a person gets demotivate seeing the person addicted to a certain thing and than he get compromised to his family also.one day the chapter get closed, or can be said that a new chapter of learning from hardship goes through.

 

Sitting on a bench and calculating the risk is a one sided approach but seeing things physically, being doing things practically by being a volunteer, is the dilemma of success rates calculation.

 

There is nothing more complicated than the rhythm of human consciousness and doing things confidently. And with the passage of time it will be understood from a deeper sense that why the volunteering and the practical advertisement will help this scenario. Not to be considered in a holistic downfall but to rise from the incapabilities imposed, to prove the way of consciousness, to develop the nature of harsh behaviour towards the objectives to rehabilate and to provide right path for an individual. for the sake of humanity, it should be govern this way, or the other helpful way, because the pride of a country depends on its citizen.

 

The factor that is in the shape of conclusion is terminology glorified is the passage of drugs usage in the specified psychology and with the witness of different types of glory character that is justified that an addict shapes himself that he comes out through a passage of mental hardships, but coming out more glorified.

 

The last resting of this channelised phenomena ends with the death but a human got stuck to a conclusiveness that he will beat out the addiction from himself, he will do whatever he is capable of and what he can do with the passage of time. And in the flow of all terminology, it is a crucial aspect to be noted that how this is balanced in the nature of all existing phenomena.

 

There is a need to mention that how the channelised passage of resources is recognised in the frame of high altitude level of sickness is also clarified by human consciousness.

 

The drug abuse is a curse for the whole mankind, the future generation are punished before their birth also, this is an urgent henomena to be understood from all types of philosophy of channelised resources, that addiction can destroy the consciousness and mentality of a person and the character fades away.

 

The family of a drug addict knows what is the future outcomes, because they felt the need to think that what will happen later in this dilemma, he notices the unparallel significance of the rate of balance between the life and death ratio.

 

So welfare of the family depends upon the persons earning, and the way they are simplifying the level of hardships to their family beings, so the truth is how to get a thing stuck to a particular situation.

 

In the consequences calculated, for the dignified image of the uses of the different types of drugs, it is to be clarified, that how the usage of certain types of drugs has harassed the different level of sickness and the consequences of a particular act towards a situation that what the need felt for the welfare.

 

In the eyes of law of any country, it is needed to be understood from the eyes of people who have done nothing wrong and have to go through this type of punishment. and the level of dignified resources is the core impact.

 

In the future, what will arise, can not be sad from judging the pattern of history and present also completely, they requires an authentic identification step by step to future to control the negative channelisation of the resources.
